Zapiphy respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data associated with our services.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like your personal data to be deleted from Zapiphy, please submit a request through our Contact Us form.
In your request, please:
Select or mention “Data Deletion Request”.
Provide the name, email address and/or mobile number associated with your Zapiphy account.
Provide any additional information reasonably required to verify that you are the owner of the account or data.
Please do not provide passwords, OTPs, payment card details, or other sensitive authentication information in your request.
Verification
For security and privacy purposes, Zapiphy may verify your identity or ownership of the account before processing a deletion request.
This verification is intended to prevent unauthorized deletion requests made on behalf of another person.
What Happens After Verification
After your request has been successfully verified, Zapiphy will process the deletion of personal data associated with your account from our active systems, subject to any information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting, taxation, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Where information must be retained, access to that information will be limited and it will be retained only for the required period.
WhatsApp and Meta Data
If you have communicated with Zapiphy through WhatsApp or other Meta services, your deletion request may also cover personal data received and stored by Zapiphy through those services.
Deletion of data stored by Zapiphy does not automatically delete information independently retained by WhatsApp, Meta, your telecommunications provider, payment providers, or other third-party services. Their respective privacy policies and data-retention practices apply separately.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge and process verified data-deletion requests within 10 working days and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
